Translating Terms & Conditions

Understandably, you want to present your legal documents to your clients in their native language. That is why we aim to include translations for as many languages as we can. If you are curious whether your language is already supported, please refer to the list on WordPress.org.

If your language is already supported, you can follow the guides mentioned below. Is your language not yet supported, or perhaps incomplete, we are always looking for volunteers that want to help us make Complianz – Terms and Conditions available to the entire WordPress community! Please reach out to us via the support form, so we can set you up.

Translating to one single language

The generated Terms and Conditions page will be translated to your site language by default. You can check your site language via WordPress settings -> General -> Site language.

If the Terms and Conditions page is not (fully) translated to your site language:

  1. Check whether your language is already supported and 100% translated on WordPress.org.
  2. Clear your site cache.

Translating to multiple languages

If your site is multilingual, most likely you are using a multilingual plugin to manage translations. Complianz – Terms and Conditions fully integrates with WPML, Polylang and will work out-of-the-box with most other translating or multilingual plugins for WordPress.
